At BlackHawkJapan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
